Disappointed that Superscript increased my monthly premium payment without informing me. They just did it on renewal without sending me any warning. Their communications ask whether I’ve ‘enjoyed’ being a customer. No. I’d like some work from them to communicate changes in pricing.
It’s not the money, it’s the principle.

Danuta, the manager, was friendly and helpful, talked me through all the options and helped me make the right choices.
