1 star is too much to give to this company

1 star is too much to give to this company. I am disgusted and am reporting them as fraudulent. I have placed and order for the same item 3 times. The first order was on 10/5/25 for 1 item. They cancelled the order, claiming something wrong with the payment...there was nothing wrong with the payment. I placed another order for the same item again, on 10/8/25 and they once again, cancelled the item. I sent multiple inquiries via the chat and nobody resonded, so I hit up their FB page messenger. I went back and forth with someone about the issues. They claimed the item was damaged in shipping and I asked, well, then why didn't you just ship another one? Why would you just cancel the item? I obviously wanted it. They went back and forth with me, trying to make excuses about it and asked me to place the order once again. He confirmed they had the item in stock and could ship it out to me. So, I ordered this item for the 3rd time, on 10/16/25. I received my order confirmation, then shipping confirmation. I was supposed to be receiving the item today, 10/23/25 and lo and behold, I see they refunded my order. I go to FedEx tracking and see they re-routed the item back to them. I am absolutely in disbelief. This company is beyond unprofessional, they are liars and they are frauds. I have wasted nearly the entire month trying to get this item and have nothing. I would NEVER recommend them and would NEVER shop here again. I will be filing formal complaints with the FTC and BBB and sharing this experience everywhere I can. What an absolutely horrible company!

These people are criminals. They are taking people's money and shipping you a box of garbage. This is a scam. Do not shop here! I wish I would have found reviews outside of the website. I am disgusted!

Product simply doesn't work

Product simply doesn't work. After two months, nothing has changed. Even contacted the company halfway through to see if I was doing something wrong. I do not recommend, as there has been zero change. Must have been crazy to think a bar of soap would reduce gray hair.

Don't waste your time ordering here

I placed an order for a card game for Christmas on Nov 23, 2024. It's now Dec 26th and the order STILL has NOT arrived. I have contacted these frauds at least 4 times asking where my order is and they claim it's coming. I have asked multiple times to have my order canceled since it was not going to arrive prior to Christmas, let alone in time to be used at a Christmas party event. This company is obviously CHINESE owned, as they are diligent about lying and not accepting cancellations for orders placed...and you can NEVER return an item without lots of pain. I am disgusted and advise others NOT to purchase from this company because they will NOT deliver as promised and will NOT cancel an order at your request.

Growhabity is an unethical business

Growhabity is an unethical business. They offer 100% customer satisfaction, but if you're unsatisfied, they will do anything to simply refund you a few bucks to end the situation, claiming it's very expensive to ship items back to China. Yes, they're Chinese...and they are scams. They are stealing your personal information and then shipping products that aren't anything like what was advertised. They remove any negative reviews from the site and post fake reviews to appear as if people are satisfied. Don't fall for this nonsense. It also takes 1.5 months to receive an order. It's all a scam and they are liars.

The reviews are not real and if a bad review does get submitted, they remove it immediately. There is no contact info to get help; no phone, address, chat, etc. It's not legit. DO NOT shop here.

Still waiting...

I placed an order with FunnyFuzzy nearly 2 weeks ago, for a pet carrier, to be used on an upcoming trip. I'm still sitting here waiting for it. I read on the site they were from New York, so figured it would take a week, tops, to get here...12 days later, it's been sitting in TX the past 4 days now waiting to be handed off to USPS from whatever carrier they used to apparently transport this from another country...probably China. This false advertising should be illegal in this country. I'm fed up waiting at this point and fed up with Chinese companies pretending to be local to the US.

We recently approached AAFMAA in order to obtain a new policy

We recently approached AAFMAA in order to obtain a new policy for my husband, a retired green beret. In the list of questions, they ask about counseling and if you've been diagnosed with PTS. If yes, then they want the VA to release all files regarding this diagnosis. The VA refused to release files and say they have never and will never release these files for insurance purposes. AAFMAA claimed that they do receive this sort of HIPAA protected, private information in order to provide an insurance policy. They conceded and said they would take a letter, but the letter that was provided was not acceptable to them. In the end, they declined the application for a policy. This is DISGRACEFUL and UNACCEPTABLE. Any person who has served in the US military certainly suffers from PTS and AAFMAA claims they are there for veterans. This is the joke of the century. We would never recommend them.

As you no doubt know, the affects of PTS can range from minor to very severe. As a result, many life insurance companies do not offer coverage to anyone with PTS. At AAFMAA, we strive to insure as many servicemembers and Veterans as possible - including those with PTS. To do that we must be able to understand the severity of an applicant's condition in order to assign an appropriate rate to their policy and that requires a review of medical records in all cases for underwritten policies.

We used GrubHub last night...we were…

We used GrubHub last night...we were dedicated Eat24Hour users in the past, but now GrubHub owns them, so didn't really have a choice. The delivery fees are ridiculous, esp when coming from a couple blocks away. The website features are horrible. It was so much easier using the Eat24Hours app/website in the past...for example, once I placed the order, which was a challenge in itself, I realized the wrong gate code was in the info. There's a page with a button you can hit that supposedly allows you to make changes; however, it takes you to the chat. The chat is another whole mess. There aren't any humans...it's a bot and it's useless. So, the bot does nothing to help you. Eat24Hours had real people on the other end of chat and they were very helpful. The only way for me to update the wrong gate information was to go into my profile, but this did not update for the order. The other issue is you can no longer pay for your order with cash. You can't even select cash for the tip, so I selected $0 for the tip and it kept trying to add a 20% tip..I had to fill in $0 multiple times. This really pisses me off. I would say that GrubHub isn't a service we're going to use again. I'd rather drive a couple blocks and just pick up a phone-in order if we don't want to eat out. GrubHub SUCKS!
