Review of Royal Mail
Very bad service, unreliable and things are getting so much worse… my parcel got stolen by Royal Mail (fake signature drafted, they trying to tell me that someone signed for it, no attempt to deliver was made, as I was waiting at home all day). Reported the issues to customer service complaints department, and I was told that the issue will be investigated and that someone will get in touched with me with 74h, 2 months has passed since then… I just claimed my money back from sender. The second parcel went back to seller, as they were unable to find my address apparently. I have no words to be honest.. try to avoid Royal Mail if possible…
Review of Utilita
Utilita took my money meter top up didn’t go trough. Contacted customer service issue is still unresolved for two months now…
Unable to get trough to costumer service over the phone, emails getting ignored.
Very disappointed, considering changing provider all together.
Please avoid if you have such option.

Review of Groupon UK
Very disappointed.. Never received my order. Contacted support services and was told that item is out of stock.. refund is impossible so they offered Groupon vouchers. However I haven’t received those vouchers either.. this is my last time using Groupon..

BudgetAir saved me around £400 for my trip to Bali, much cheaper then booking direct with Qatar Airways. Got my confirmation emails and reminders for my flight. And I will recommend BudgetAir to everyone!
