Disappointed with delivery company
Disappointed with delivery company. Full of excuses with delivery when address was clear on box. Promised on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. Then left at my front door on wed for all to see cause they didn't want to knock the door. We were in. Shocking.

Items were out of stock. Instead of emailing me and refunding, I was sent incorrect items. I was refunded for the items but I questioned the delivery charge. No one replied. Disappointing.

Every time we change supplier.....
Easy to deal with online. Good customer service. But.....Every time we change power supplier, we're promised how much we will save per annum if we switch to them. But in reality, it always creeps back up to what we were paying anyway. What's the point?
