Classic investment bank bait

I was one of the first to take up chase and it was very attractive in that it was very different to what I already had such as cashback and a competitive interest rate on both savings and current account. Since though the limitations imposed on cashback, such as everyday travel and groceries, with interest rates less than my other accounts (zero on current account) it is nothing more than account I use in supermarkets.
I suppose something had to give so they could offer a pointless credit card where there's much better deals available out there. This is what happens when an investment bank starts a current account I guess 🤷🏻

Why change the card? Guess weren't making enough profit, eh?

Worked ok when card was free apart from slow registering payments sometimes. The card is practically a standard credit card now so that's why I didn't apply. I'll pay up and I'm done with klarna...

I wanted to register an IHD for use…

I wanted to register an IHD for use with my smart meter so I rang the number given in the box. Firstly there was no option in the 3 given, the 4th being to hang up 🤨. I just picked option 2 and then had to get transferred. There was a definite problem with language as they didn't even understand the phonetic alphabet for my post code. I was lucky as I'm tech savvy, if I was somebody who wasn't I'd believe they would have real trouble.

Ordered food

Both me and hub agent tried to contact the takeaway. After 2 hours agent told me I could refuse the order, and contact email for refund, which meant I had to cook for my constantly moaning kids. Food turned up after I had already cooked so I refused. Two weeks later I'm now told I got to chase the takeaway for a refund! Let that's going to bare any fruit! Never using again.
