Upped their game

Ordered from Curtainsland a little over three weeks ago and the curtains arrived mid-way through last week. Like Zuzana below, I forgot to check the reviews before ordering and I was worried. Even more so when there was no confirmation email.

They were exactly as they looked on the photos, I'm really happy with them. The emails from Curtainsland about order confirmation, dispatch and eventual arrival via Royal Mail were all going into my Junk mail filter so I wasn't seeing them. Tracking was provided and they explain the process of dispatch and customs really clearly.

This is a massive improvement on what other people were experiencing and I would be happy to use Curtainsland again if they keep this level of service up!

Charging error

Overcharged us when we accidentally changed the amount of tablets we ordered every month. We had realised our mistake immediately and attempted to change it back there and then, but a higher charge than before was still on the subscription even after we adjusted the subscription back to the original amount. In effect this hiked the price on our subscription without giving us the notice of price change required.

When we contacted Yumove about the error they initially refused to change the amount back to the original subscription fee and it took several bouts of back and forth between them and us until they relented.

The product is okay. It needs to be a long term consideration for your dog, but for ours we found giving her canine cod liver oil supplements got more noticeable results.

On checking, I can see that it was confirmed via email that the reason for the difference in price was that the subscription was amended from 120 tablets to 300 tablets of the YuMOVE Plus. When the subscription item was amended, the discount had reverted back to the standard discount, however the extra discount was honoured. Our apologies again for any inconvenience that was caused by this.

I am glad that your dog is getting on well and we are sorry that you were not completely happy with the benefits of YuMOVE. If the YuMOVE Plus does not provide enough support we do recommend the YuMOVE ADVANCE 360 which veterinary exclusive and is much stronger, so will therefore provide further support.

Once you remind them that they are supposed to be tracking your purchase, they sort you out. Don't let them "forget" about your voucher that you earned!

Fraudulent

Offered a £5.99 dicount on an item for entering my e-mail, gave me a discount code but the discount code would not work. Imagine if you actually had a return an item to these fraudsters!

Shytte

Waited 45 minutes for a pizza that wasn't coming. Apparently you can order a pizza pay for it and because you do not get a confirmation e-mail you are wasting your time.

Meanwhile your family with young children starve to death because the spasstics at Dominos can't make a website work. Next time I'll make and cook my own pizzas and Dominos can FRO.
