They give you the run around when your parcel goes missing. As far as they are concerned once it's left the warehouse it's not their problem. They gave a completely bogus email address to the courier so I have never recieved any communications from Yodel. Add to that the numerous different tracking numbers and you have no way of tracking the parcel down. The items were purchased as performance gear for a gig in Helsinki, with plenty of time to spare. I had to purchase alternative gear from the highstreet so more expense! Six weeks after placing the order and I have no goods and I'm £90 out of pocket!

After entering Aspire's competitions for a short while I had my first win. A 75" Samsung 4K TV! I wasn't sure where I was going to put this TV but lucky I was offered a cash alternative. I don't think this was an option when I entered, either. The funds were in my account in two days so an excellent result.

They delivered the item to a business address further down the street, even though there was no reason to. It was lucky that someone at the business knew me and sent me a message that they had the parcel.

Easy to fill forms on the website and good value. Especially like the £100 included insurance. Useful being able to drop off at my local Post Office as well.

Dellonda DL14 50lt portable fridge/freezer. Just returned from a week camping in the Lake District, where the DL14 had its first outing. In a nutshell, it performed brilliantly! Pre-chilled the unit as fridge and freezer on mains at home before setting off and kept it this way on 12v on the journey up. Also kept an additional fridge thermometer inside the unit to keep track of the temp readings. They are surprisingly accurate! Switched to all fridge once at the campsite and in Eco mode as I was powering it via an Allpowers 666kwh solar battery and 100watt solar panel. The unit is very quiet when running and in fact, I would say it's quieter running on 12v than it is on the mains. Perhaps the compressor runs slightly slower on 12v? The Lakes being the Lakes, we didn't get huge amounts of sunshine but I only had to charge the Allpowers battery up in the car on one long day trip. Returned to the tent to find the contents of the fridge still nice and cold.
Only one slight niggle, that is the perspex control panel cover won't stay stuck down on one side, so it's slightly raised. Very minor and I can live with that as it's superb in all other ways!
I highly recommend the DL14. Just remember it's heavy when fully loaded with food and drink! ;-)

Great price and service received when I purchased a Weber Q1200. The free patio gas adapter was left out of the box when it was dispatched. Called to find out if it was a voucher redemption, which it wasn't and it was put in the post and received the very next day.

Only two stars, as the cost of the 12 small plastic shelf supports for my Keuco Royal 30 cabinet was extortionate! I only needed 2 to replace a couple that had broken but you have to purchase a bag of 12. To add insult to injury, they don't fit into the cabinet snugly, they are loose and move around, unlike the originals! To also charge £4.50 to post the tiniest of plastic bags containing the 12 tiny shelf supports, is again extortion.
I hate companies that rip you off on postage charges but it appears this is the only supplier of spares for my cabinet.

I recently purchased an Outwell stove, which developed a problem with one of the burners on its first outing. When I returned from my holiday I emailed Camping World and they sent a replacement out to me in 48 hours! amazing customer service.
