Extremely poor communication from Debenhams. Ive been trying to return this order since the day it arrived as it wasn't suitable. They make it impossible to return an order, with a portal that doesn't work, no customer care contact details apart from on WhatsApp. I was trying to return the order for the full returns window, with still no response from Debenhams or Gini London the partner company. They now say i can only receive a store credit, despite seeing all the return attempts and records of me contacting them explaining the situation. I have now finally managed to get a returns label and over a week since I posted the parcel, no contact or response. I'd be very careful of shopping online at Debenhams, their returns process is prehistoric compared to their competitors. A straightforward return shouldn't be this complicated.
Update: I received an email yesterday and replied immediately with the information requested. I have still not received a refund or reply to that email.
2nd update: This hasn't been resolved with your customer care department, since I last updated my review I've still had no response. The other reviews here reflect my poor experience. Avoid Debenhams online at all costs.
