I have never used this service,
I looked at using it and cancelled prior to ever using it.
I have been getting billed ever since.

There are no real, clear instructions on how this is used.
I have an urgent care need, I have high cover, although i can't seem to use it and united health care don't register the member number.
These are big issues and really, I should give a lower score, although I am hoping that what I have found so far to be wrong.
