Service and Communication awful

I have ordered the tv on line on 30/11 and i received it on 29/12. After chased them up by emails. They never answered only at the end and the email written on website doesn’t work (apparently the inbox email is full!!!) the second email has been told by unieuro shop and few emails have been sent without answers.
Service horrible
Communication useless and crap.
I will never buy again and I won’t suggest it.

Not good service

Not good service. After 2 weeks i was waiting an answer about my claim i called and they told me my claim was not been accepted for some reasons, If I didn’t call no one was replying my email. However i am not happy about the service i had issues also previously in another occasion.

I understand that unfortunately, we were unable to offer cover on this occasion due to the pre-existing nature of the condition. As discussed with my colleagues, the plan you hold through your employer provides you with the benefit of treating medical conditions that arise after the date you joined the plan.

I'm afraid that we required additional time to assess your claim due to a misunderstanding with the information supplied from your GP. As this information related to the proposed treatment plan, it was necessary to clarify before providing a full decision. As your claim was recently assessed, a letter has been dispatched to notify of you our decision in writing.
