What a poor falsely advertised product. Shocking service also.

I bought decking tiles which arrived damaged. They resolved the cosmetic elements with a small refund which was fine. However, 1 week later (within the 30 day faulty rejection law)multiple tiles cracked and split. They then became hostile and from that moment forward, I was instructed to serve a notice of tender to collect, they refused to do this and tried to chance their luck. However there luck ran out when my bank reversed the funds due to the consumer rights act 2015 and Mastercard chargeback principles, and then rejected their appeal. Appalling customer service and appalling morals in selling goods falsely as being treated for any form of weather prevention. There poor tiles have been waiting to be collected for 4 months yet they have neglected to do so. We are still within the consumer rights act 2015 fist 6 months.
