Although their main sponsored Ad on Google highlights 6 months free, we signed up and somehow did not get the promo and won’t be getting the promo, bc seems we’re not one of their special Google Ad customers. Terrible customer service to promote something so visibly and then not offer it to new customers.

Why am I not surprised the reviews here are so bad. I purchased a very expensive floor scrubber from this company, only to have it never work properly and is now completely broken. It has been a month that I am dealing with customer service, call after call, no resolution and am still paying for the machine. Seriously they need to be out of business and as a business owner, I do not say that lightly.

We own a doggie daycare and have multiple pets using the potty all day long. They all absolutely love this option and are so attracted to the smell of real grass! Highly recommend.
