Not set up very well to handle their mistakes.
I ordered a circular saw. The next day a small package of some little stainless steel clamps got delivered. The order number got switched up (it looked like a manual data entry error, aka number switch). I called customer service and they said they need 3 business days to check the availability (when I ordered the saw the website indicated that the item was in stock). After 4 business days, I still hadn’t heard anything. So I called again to find out nothing had been done. I was told again to wait 3 days for them to check their stock. I’ve since received a new order confirmation, but I have yet to receive the saw.
Update: received the saw today and, to my surprise, they included the hard carrying case. Revised rating to 3stars
