What an absolute nightmare

What an absolute nightmare and still ongoing in March this year I received a parking fine for going four minutes over I am a carer and stopped to get food for my client. You are allowed 10 minutes free. I’ve been going to Sibley back lake Café for years. My client has a disability car which I drive we also have the blue badges . I went into work and was handed a parking fine of £60 from the parking company who look after Sibley back lake which I paid straight away and have evidence on my online banking, which I have sent to prove on many occasions. I have now received today my seventh letter from them. I have tried constantly to ring them and have just been sat on the phone for 40, 50, 60 minutes at a time with nobody answering the phone I sent numerous emails I have been told to ignore them by members of staff, but they keep on coming. to be honest, I don’t know why it was handed over to a debt recovery company as I paid it within the time stated the problem is the letters aren’t coming to me they are coming to the owner of the vehicle and that is causing her unnecessary stress and I have told the company this on many occasions.
Today the letter I received has said that if I don’t pay it I’m going to be issued with a CCJ a week from today, I have no intentions of paying anything as I have already paid and I’m now seeking advice from the financial ombudsman. I have never been so disgusted in all of my life at peoples inability to do their job.

Had to call postcode lottery today as…

Had to call postcode lottery today as they couldn’t take my payment , the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and told me exactly what to do , he was very knowledgeable and polite ❤️ I offered to pay today but he said if I did I may get charged twice so if they can’t take it tomorrow I will ring back and pay ❤️

How very disappointing

How absolutely disgusting. I ordered my best friend
flowers as she has just had major surgery and thought I would send her some to cheer her up . I ordered and paid for a bouquet which she received today, she sent me a picture and thanked me but the picture was nothing in the slightest like I had actually chosen, in fact I was totally embarrassed by what she had received. This evening I contacted the company who assure me in 5 days her flowers will look exactly like the ones in the picture I had chosen from 😱
Perhaps the advertisement should have said that they were not going to look anything like the flowers I had ordered and I would not have bothered. Even worse they asked me for an aerial picture which I also sent along with the original one which made it look even less like the flowers I had purchased 😡 it’s just a shame I couldn’t post the pictures on here as if it wasn’t very funny most people would think it was hilarious to see what I have seen. False advertising at its worse, it amazes me how they are still in business and makes me really sad that they have no pride in there company that they would even consider sending it to anyone 😢 shame on you .

Wish I had read the reviews on…Trustpilot

Wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before using WFAC, never been so frustrated in my life, On Friday 5th Feb 2021 I left my first complaint and had an answer on Monday 8th February which was relatively quick. Unfortunately these letters have not given me the answers I requested including why this company took out a complaint against Barclays for a mortgage that I have never ever had with them ? The reply was comical and flippant, I have over 25 live claims for over 18 months and still nothing, I in fact had to make a complaint in order for someone to tell me what was going on and I’m still no wiser. I now understand after reading all of the scathing remarks about this company as to why we all feel so let down and demoralised.
Should have seen the massive red flag flying in my face when they constantly contacted me to resign and acknowledge all of the paperwork I had already signed.
Not one update, 8 have been paid out by 1 of my many claims and they kept telling me I had PPIs and they were asking me for payment weeks before I even received the settlement.
Oh well you live and learn, but I will tell everyone I know and don’t know not to touch them with a barge pole.
