Never returned my calls

I had called My Two Way Direct business rep as I had questions on upgrading my business communications and questions on some radios I had recently purchased. I left a message as my account rep (Josh) was out for lunch. My call was not returned and previous emails I had sent were never returned.
I ended up ordering some equipment on line but still have questions on some radios recently purchased.
