Sales person lied about delivery date time!
I needed a my sofa delivered urgently and the person at the Watford branch said that one of the two sofas I ordered will be delivered in 3 weeks. When I got home and tracked the order it said it would be delivered in 6 weeks at a minimum. So I’ve been lied to and it’s totally disrupted my plans. I asked for it to be cancelled and it’s now taken a week (still not resolved up until now). Every time I call they say someone will call you and it hasn’t happened. I spent a lot of money on the sofa and I need the money back so I can get a swift replacement in time. I’ve been very unhappy with the whole experience
