Sales person lied about delivery date time!

I needed a my sofa delivered urgently and the person at the Watford branch said that one of the two sofas I ordered will be delivered in 3 weeks. When I got home and tracked the order it said it would be delivered in 6 weeks at a minimum. So I’ve been lied to and it’s totally disrupted my plans. I asked for it to be cancelled and it’s now taken a week (still not resolved up until now). Every time I call they say someone will call you and it hasn’t happened. I spent a lot of money on the sofa and I need the money back so I can get a swift replacement in time. I’ve been very unhappy with the whole experience

Delayed delivery

Said express delivery on the website but didn’t get it till about 3 days later when I ordered before 11am. Was skeptical when there little information about delivery. Ideally need the item next day so quite disappointed. Haven’t received items yet so can’t tell how that experience went.

Great and simple service

Great and simple service. No problems at all and you get a reasonable price and get paid a day offer they receive your item. Don’t waste your time with Game and Cex who will spend the whole day to test it, just to give you a fraction of what it’s worth.

Awful company

Awful company, awful customers service, no phone number to call, nobody higher up to contact. Just whatless people on message chat that takes days to respond. It’s ridiculous. They let someone keep an item that they wanted returned and gave a refund. How unjust is that ? I had to report them to trading standards because I can’t let them get away with it. Avoid them at all costs.I wouldn’t even give them a star if I had the chance. The 85% 1 star rating speaks for itself.

Terrible experience. Please avoid

I have had a terrible experience with axa. Firstly their breakdown cover is poor, they only get you a tow truck for when you breakdown. Nobody to work on the car even though if it’s a flat battery etc. They can only tow the car the nearest garage and if the garage is closed then I don’t know what happens. Secondly, I wanted to switch my insurance over to my new car and when I wanted to do it online it says “the car is too young to insure” never heard anything like it. So I had to cancel the policy and fork out £1600 for a new policy with somebody else on the day which I didn’t want to do but had no choice. And the only compensated this by not charging me a cancellation fee ( well you shouldn’t anyway because it’s your fault I cancelled) and give me my 4th year no claims ( I only had two months left so you had no choice to) and that’s it. Will never ever ever insure my car with this incompetent company! I wouldn’t even give it a star.
