We went to look at the new Bellway 4 bedroom houses in Lydney after looking at some older properties. We thought that they would probably be compact and just above our budget. Well, we certainly had a pleasant surprise. The properties are spacious and the layout is very good with excellent storage cupboards, pricedwithin our budget.
Alison in the sales office was very patient and helpful and a pleasure to deal with, helping us to secure the plot of our choice.
We are part way through the purchase process, waiting for the solicitors to do their bits and we hope to be in by Christmas.
It was so nice when we went to the carpet shop, being able to choose the flooring and leaving it to them to liaise with Bellway when to go and measure up, which they did the next morning.
