Good afternoon Mrs Stride,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

Please accept our most sincere apologies that your shirts were not available to send due to a stock discrepancy.

At the time of purchase these were showing as being available however when our warehouse staff went to pick the size they were not in the location. They have then tried to source the shirts from one of our stores without success.

An e-mail was sent on the 1st to advise and apologies if this has filtered into your spam folder. I have arranged for the e-mail to be re-sent this afternoon.

We are so sorry to have let you down on this occasion and for the inconvenience caused to you.

Product is fine and works well but…

Product is fine and works well but takes a long time to be delivered. I ordered filters. Stars would have been more but they are contacting me every couple of days to order more and it is driving me mad. I will order when I need more

Katkin has been a life changer

Katkin has been a life changer. Aged 13, always asleep, no energy, sick every day and then we changed to Katkin. What a difference… loves to play, loads of energy and is hardly ever sick… and has a fabulously shiny coat :)

Katkin has been a life changer for my cat who is 13. She was sick daily but since katkin, she is hardly ever sick, has a fabulous coat and has so much energy

Great quality and arrived quickly

I ordered the t shirts easily online...these were ones I had used in my old bootcamp and wanted the same as I loved the quality and feel. Ordering was easy and came quickly with my name on for me to use the following week. Perfect thankyou

Hello Fresh is a great idea

Hello Fresh is a great idea. When the produce is received and a relevant recipe is given the food is really nice. However, recently we have received wrong or missing ingredients and recipes have been incorrect. We have tried to buy the missing ingredients eg sambal but couldnt locate it so the meal was made without it which didnt lead to a good meal. As this is becomming more commonplace and I'm having to print recipes off weekly as well as they send the wrong ones, we are now considering leaving

We're so sorry to hear that you haven't been happy with our service recently as this truly isn't standard for HelloFresh.
While packaging errors are statistically rare for us, we try hard every day to find new improvements to implement, such as introducing a new box design to help streamline the packaging process. All our boxes are hand packed so there's always a possibility of human error occurring but this is no excuse for not getting everything you need to get cooking so we would really like to report this to our Pick and Pack team in order to improve the service and to compensate you accordingly.
All our recipes can be found on the website and we can always send you a PDF of the recipe that was missing or if you prefer, we can send you the recipe card via post but we do need to know exactly which recipe card was missing from your box.

I thought the colour was different

Capri great as usual only I thought from the picture it was black and red and it was black and orange. Got it to go with a red training top I have. I love the capris so will find something to go with it. Great quality

Flowers not received. Resent by company as gesture of goodwill

I ordered flowers for my sisters 60th birthday. They were not delivered to her. After complaining they told me they had been left on a doorstep but she hadnt received them. As a gesture of goodwill, they agreed to resend them. This is really good customer service which really impressed me. Star rating moved from 1 star to 4 as a result. Thank you

Spoke to Luke today..well actually on…

Spoke to Luke today..well actually on live chat. Told him that I had received an email stating my direct debit was going up by £100 per month. He told me that they were on reduced staff because of Covid so would deal with it on the chat. Told him I was missing statements for December and Jan but that the new direct debit was based on incorrect figures. He came back to me quite quickly, had done the statements for December and Jan and agreed I was now in credit...passed over for finance to change the direct debit. I've read some of the bad reviews for Avro..give them a chance. I think their customer service is brilliant. It's just because of Covid they are only able to deal with emergencies by phone. Luke who I spoke to on chat was able to sort my problem out quite easily :)

Helpful and friendly

Helpful and friendly - Needed to discuss our electric account which was showing us to be over £300 in debit. This was due to an incorrect reading I put in 2 months ago. What I needed to do was explained very clearly in a helpful and friendly manner and hopefully my next statement will be correct. Nice to get rid of this worry before Christmas :)

Really good with Covid safety

Really good with Covid safety. Appointment made by phone, waited outside until called in. Gel available inside door. Seats well apart. Called for tests and also a new test I could pay for if wanted...I did. Optician was James...really thorough test and went through the new test I had had as well...well impressed. Was given a basket to put any glasses in I tried on so they could be cleaned sanitised before the next person. Found some lovely glasses, ordered and came back to pick up and have adjusted...brilliant service...new varifocals and I'm really pleased with them. Had been put off going because of Covid...there had been no need...really safe, professional and as always, the staff are very friendly...thank you

Quality help and product

My son has Asperger’s syndrome and needed time to choose the best bed for him. The assistant was excellent, gave us all the info we needed and then moved back so my son was comfortable. He was there for any questions but gave him the space we needed. Excellent service..result.. we ordered a bed painlessly.. thank you.
