Clear Website.. However, once I entered my details and medical conditions I was timed out and when using my quote number and extra amount had been added to my additional quote. I started again and the quote went back to the original one! All sorted now.

Easy to book. Saved a lot of time when arriving at the parking site.

Fairly easy to use and conveniently located. Qr system on its own doesn’t always work. I received something not intended for me which caused problems re returning it.

A present bring sent to a friend abroad is now 7 days behind schedule and I am worried it is lost.

A parcel returned to Sahara in the UK was sent back to me as they tried to deliver it out of working hours.

I am getting little help in resolving the first issue and am quite upset.

Never again.

I signed up after a recommendation from a friend and was initially sceptical but so far the results have been good. I have dropped a dress size and some weight. The videos are very educational and my lifestyle and choices are changing. I am going to finish the Programne and see how it goes. The lack of 5 stars is the difficulty of getting onto some of the group chats led by Sandra but I appreciate the personal invites to the various meetings at different stages. Going well so far!

My Tag Heur Aquaracer was returned today. Very impressed so far! Bezel, which had a slight play, has been tightened, watch polished and scratch taken out of clasp... Looks like new.. The real test will be when I go diving with it early next year so will update if needs be. Good communication, only wish DHL had given me a one hour slot for return rather than a whole day but minor issue. Watch case very nice indeed!
