Daily smart meter reading takes 3 months to be in effect

They promised to display your daily consumption within a few HOURS once you give them the permission.

However, in reality, I just called the customer service and the person told me the new customer needs to wait 3 MONTHS to have the smart meter read daily.

This is untrue to what the website said and as a consumer, I feel lied to. It's very annoying.

Ridiculous cancellation out of blue for Valentine’s Day

Ridiculous. My gf and I reserved the table on valentines’ day at restaurant Fling successfully on this website. However, the restaurant called us and said that Diningcity didn’t notify them until Valentine’s Day morning, which is not possible to reserve table for us. I just want to say, why the hell would you confirm with restaurant so late? What was purpose of this website? Probably a lie.

You'll never pass their cleaning…

You'll never pass their cleaning policy, maybe they just want to make money out of it. My girlfriend and I cleaned the apartment based on their guidelines, and we did our best that we were pretty sure it will pass the checkout inspection. However, holland2stay sent an inspection official over, and she claims it's not cleaning enough to her. I just want to say that some items will have natural trace after using it, and it's impossible to make it as new as the original status. Obviously, they will send their "cleaning crew" to clean regardless the fact that it's only some items that have a bit of stain. So never use ANYTHING AT HOME BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU! By the way, even the things you didn't use they will say it's dirty and damaged so PAY MORE MONEY. I won't recommend this agency to anyone. Totally dishonest.
