Daily smart meter reading takes 3 months to be in effect
They promised to display your daily consumption within a few HOURS once you give them the permission.
However, in reality, I just called the customer service and the person told me the new customer needs to wait 3 MONTHS to have the smart meter read daily.
This is untrue to what the website said and as a consumer, I feel lied to. It's very annoying.
