Credit score is free for life which is nice but it can take a couple of months for things to update. They are more of a sales platform for loans and credit cards, which is how they keep their report free. If you arent looking to take on debt, this might not be the best for you. I've managed to increase my credit balance to over £15000 without paying any interest over the last five years and have managed to significantly improve my score with their help.

Don't believe the company name this is Anglia Windows of aggressive canvassing infamy they've just changed their name to misdirect people. We contacted them for a "no obligation quote" the sales rep was friendly and polite but waffled on about the company history. I worked for Anglian home improvements over a decade ago so was confused when he said they'd been operating since the sixties since I'd never heard of first home improvements. He finally got round to demonstrating the windows and doors and measured the frames. I was genuinely impressed by the design of the windows but when we told him we wouldn't be purchasing and wanted other quotes he wouldn't leave the house. He was there for over four hours. He kept hounding us asking what price would we purchase. We told him its not about price, its about timing as my wife is due to give birth in the next month. We told him at least three times. The price they quoted us was £18000 for the front of the house (mid terraced double bay and new door) and after a few phone calls to the manager it came down to £7000 but only for today. I said any company that uses urgency and only for today tactics is very scammy and he just smiled. In the end we signed up to a buy now pay later with a credit card deposit just to get home out of the house. We cancelled the next day using the 14 day cool off period. My wife was in tears. I've never seen her that distraught. To traumatise a heavily pregnant woman like that is evil. Absolute disgrace.

Easy to book. Reasonable prices.

I signed up as an owner as I wasn't using my car and I was promised guaranteed earnings and free setup. It has been a nightmare from the very start. I was prompted to book an installation appointment then it was cancelled without explanation. I was told I didn't need to be there when the box was installed then it turned out I did need to be there. I was told I wouldn't be charged for the install then they took money out of my fees. I was told I would receive £250 for the first three months top up to rental fees and I've had to chase each month up and I'm still waiting on my third payment. There is no customer support. I emailed and left phone voicemail. I've not received any reply. I got a customer feedback call asking me to rate my experience and I politely explained what had happened to me. The assistant said she'd foreard my feedback but still haven't heard from them a month later. There is no transparency with the fees and you don't receive an invoice for what you earn and what fees they take. It feels like a complete scam.
