one of the worst websites to exist

one of the worst websites to exist. no username management, crashing all the time, deleting users profiles, appointment system barely works. a masterpiece in cheapness. also the only way to apply to most visas in dubai. on top of that, of course, the cost for most is outrageous.

Very efficient customer service

Very efficient customer service and good overall selection. The website is pretty simple and relatively easy to use but can use a UI revamp. It would also be great to have more actual photos of the flowers and the option to get a photo of the delivered item (before or at the time of delivery).

Regarding photos: we do offer a “Take a picture” option at checkout so you can receive a delivery-moment photo (before or at the time of delivery). Please note it’s subject to recipient consent and local availability, and sometimes the photo can arrive within 1–2 days after delivery.

clear qualification process and simple payout claim

My overall experience with emporia was relatively smooth and transparent. Good value for time spent and the questions/interviews themselves were relevant and pretty detailed. Very clear communication and well-timed reminders. Would only highlight the fact that the interviews usually take relatively longer than advertised in emails, so good to keep that in mind. Lastly, it would be good to have PayPal/bank transfers as an option to claim payouts in the UAE.
