Very efficient customer service
Very efficient customer service and good overall selection. The website is pretty simple and relatively easy to use but can use a UI revamp. It would also be great to have more actual photos of the flowers and the option to get a photo of the delivered item (before or at the time of delivery).

Regarding photos: we do offer a “Take a picture” option at checkout so you can receive a delivery-moment photo (before or at the time of delivery). Please note it’s subject to recipient consent and local availability, and sometimes the photo can arrive within 1–2 days after delivery.
