Had a simple request as I couldn't navigate the portal correctly. Ticket submission process was easy and Matthew responded with the resolution to my query super quickly :)

As a company we've been with Gradwell for about 15 or so years - possibly longer. In the past year or so I've spoken to Josh as our account manager and he's super responsive and helpful; goes above and beyond to help us secure deals or find solutions for potential customers. Also picks up the phone if he thinks it'll be easier for everyone to talk about it rather than back and forthing through emails.
