Review of SleepSoul Mattresses
SleepSoul Heaven 1000 king size mattress. Bought on the strength of Which? rating, accurate in my view.
Excellent quality of manufacture and price. Comfortable. My opinion: not a medium more medium-soft. Edges could do with being firmer, they're a bit too squashy for me. I would have swapped for a 2000 spring which is said to be firmer but the extra weight is considerable so decided against. On the whole pretty happy and I recommend, but not if you want a firm mattress.

This Company has, apparently, been sold. The ownership and management have changed and it shows. Online orders not fulfilled; emails complaining about poor service not replied to ("the email guy's off sick") and new management give little sign of any organisational capability or experience. Even using cellphone translation to communicate with staff.
They really need to step up and get the business functioning properly. They could start by putting current, accurate information on their website regarding how to order (if you want to take the chance).
