The packaging was like it was literally…
The packaging was like it was literally thrown around in the back of a warehouse. The carrier bag the chair was in was filthy. I took the chair out and put it in the washing machine to clean it up. Needed a wipe down.
Apart from that the massage chair itself is in good nick. Happy out with that.
Presentation lacked on delivery.
