Good service
Unfortunately not dispatched on the Friday for delivery on Saturday (needed for a weekend job) as the order was confirmed a few seconds too late. Having paid extra for Saturday delivery I had anticipated trouble in reclaiming my postage. However Howes rang me Monday morning and said that a refund was being made by them. Item received Tuesday. Good service despite the delay.
