OCTOPUS' COMMUNICATIONS SECOND TO NONE.

Over several weeks I have received good, clear detailed information from Octopus about the new rates coming in on 1 October 2024. Subsequent I've been in touch with several of your staff with a few questions re Fixed v Flexible and I always received replies promptly and fullyl explained. I have today switched from Flexible to Fixed 15MO online and found is very easy indeed. Well done Octopus!

When my smoke alarm started to play up…

When my smoke alarm started to play up recently and go off for no reason, yet it had another 2 years plus before it needed replacing, I rang the Fire Angel Support Advisor, Sophie Fitzpatrick, told her the problem and giving details of the alarm which she checked her end. She said that she would put a new one in the post to me immediately. I was over the moon as it arrived very quickly and I am thrilled to feel safe once again with my FIRE ANGEL MULTI-SENSOR SMOKE ALARM, it offering a 10 year life and 5 year warranty. This company has such good PR, it really cares about its customers.

Although it has been a mammoth task for…

Although it has been a mammoth task for Octopus taking AVRO customers like myself under their wing, I have had great communication with them, especially Emin. My various queries have been followed thru and answered every time. I can also see that things are settling down on the administrative side. Elaine B.
