Worse customer service ever!!!! Avoid
I ordered an item on the 8th of March it was meant to be delivered on the 15 by UPS. I received notification that it was delivered which was incorrect I contacted UPS and requested for evidence of delivery as it was signed for parcel but they didn't have and recognized that the item was lost.
I informed YOOX on the 23 of April 2021 with all the evidence from UPS to date I receive no refund or update. I called 2x and emails several times.
