Ended in an impasse / complaint not being dignified with replies
Despite having a good experience with Dynamo in the past, this time it went badly, ended in an impasse and was not even given replies in good time by the broker in charge of my case. I was left in the hands of a trainee at a stressful time and was asked to pay the fee of £699 (now she says unrefundable) without signing any document by post or online. Now I have asked to have a refund of 50% given that I was not landed with an offer and am still in limbo regarding my mortgage. My complaint email has not even been addressed after days. Will not return to Dynamo and will not recommend it to my family or friends. I will now turn to consumers rights agencies to see the complaint resolved.
