Ended in an impasse / complaint not being dignified with replies

Despite having a good experience with Dynamo in the past, this time it went badly, ended in an impasse and was not even given replies in good time by the broker in charge of my case. I was left in the hands of a trainee at a stressful time and was asked to pay the fee of £699 (now she says unrefundable) without signing any document by post or online. Now I have asked to have a refund of 50% given that I was not landed with an offer and am still in limbo regarding my mortgage. My complaint email has not even been addressed after days. Will not return to Dynamo and will not recommend it to my family or friends. I will now turn to consumers rights agencies to see the complaint resolved.

Review of Clockwork Removals and Storage

Excellent work

Excellent work, friendly staff both on the phone and the removal people, who were very helpful indeed with taking a piano upstairs.
Ideally it should have been a 3-man job, but only 2 were there and I felt sorry for them as the piano is quite heavy.
The job was done professionally, with no stress involved and with a pinch of sense of humour, which is always welcome! I would ask them to help anytime! Indeed I have a new job for them already! Thanks.

3 failed attempted deliveries…

Our fridge/freezer had 3 failed attempted deliveries! We are still waiting for it - it's been over 2 weeks now! Just wondering if they should have picked a different name for the team as 'KnowHow' is definitely not the right one.
If eventually the product will be delivered we'll hopefully be in a position to write a better review!
