The redemption process went okay. What was annoying is that it took several days to issue me an e-card. Seriously? Isn't that all computerized? I've never had to wait a few days for an e- card from anyone else

It was easy to redeem my points for an Amazon gift card (e-card) but I have no idea why it would take two full days to get it. It's an email...? Seems it should be fairly immediate.

Super easy process to cash in my points for gift cards. I use this every year for Christmas gifts.

Shopping went well. Site worked great, super simple. Haven't seen product yet, that's the biggest question.
