Great service at great price

Unfortunately the black dripping candles I ordered do not look realistic at all. Don't feel like real wax, infact feel plastic. The star lights I bought are lovely, much bigger than I thought. Can't wait to use them at Xmas.

I have been buying clothes from Madelaine for a few years. Although slightly expensive, for special items they are great. Holiday clothes, wedding guest, special functions and treating yourself when there are sales on. Great quality, unusual and not found on the High Street. Great service and I've never had an issue with returns. Currently awaiting another order from them

Sent for 2 jumpers for hubby. Ordered large as the medium ones I bought him at Xmas appear too small. Unfortunately the large is far too large. Unsure if we can order jumpers again, medium too small and large too big, a dilemma. Also bought pair of trousers, length was much longer than should have been. All 3 items had to be returned.

I recently sent for 3 items of clothing. I pair trousers, huge in size and far too long. I black lace jumper again far too big size wise. 1 black cardigan/coat, would only suit someone who is much taller than my 5'3". Shame I will have to return all 3 items. Delivery was prompt and packaged very well except for broken hanger which trousers were fitted on. Overall disappointed with sizing of clothes having ordered my normal sizes.

Bought 2 of the amazing sponges recently. Absolutely delighted with them. Smell and texture is divine. And so much lather when mixed with small amount of warm water. Will definitely be buying again. Highly recommend these sponges.

Signing up to Nutracheck was he best thing I ever did. Previously I was no good at counting calories or weighing foods. This system is so so easy, allows you to see how you are progressing daily and weekly. Encourages you during the day, but BE HONEST, record what you are eating and it will show how many calories you have left for a treat etc,. Would highly recommend Nutracheck.
