Another vote for worst parking company in the country. Will try every trick to try and con you out of money based on tenuously issued PCN's even when you had every right to park there.
Now fighting their solicitors of choice (another 1 star company BW Legal)

Wife also got caught with £198 being charged to her credit card for a £38 order. Have emailed them but dont hold out much hope. Bank fraud dept informed and claim process underway.

Awful scam of a company
Don't follow their own appeals process as info sent to them to confirm blue badge holder and also receipts for shopping (Castlepoint, Bournemouth). Next thing we get is a debt collector letter saying we now owe £160 !!

Awful service in the Poole store. Rude and aggressive senior staff who have obviously never been on customer relations training Online system is broken and indicates items are in stock at stores when the reality is they have no such stock. Customer service helpline is impossible to contact as they never answer as they always seem to be “experiencing high volume demand” (wonder why).
My advice would be to steer clear, I would be amazed if Go Outdoors is still trading in 12 months time if this is he standards they work to.
