Poor response to complaint/query
UPDATE: I received a response and got my money back for the two missing items. They were helpful and prompt with giving the refund so thank you.
I was really please with my items, I decided to keep three items and returned two in the bag provided to me. I received an email from lookeiro confirming receipt of my return but that there was only one item in there not two and that the item was not one of their items. I was subsequently charged £60 for these two items. I have emailed Lookeiro on several occasions regarding the issue but have had no reply. I can only assume that the package was tampered with and the two items stolen. I’ve logged a call with Evri as well. There is no contact number for either Lookeiro or Evri and so I doubt I am going to get this issue resolved or my money back. I’ve cancelled my subscription as I don’t want to have this experience every time I return an item. Very disappointed as I really liked the items that I was sent and kept.
