Really convenient and smooth service

Really convenient and smooth service. Met me at the car park for T3, handed the vehicle over and collected it when I returned a week later. They even charged my vehicle for me whilst abroad.

Awful service

Awful service. Definitely avoid. Cancelled my policy within about 20 mins after finding a cheaper quote elsewhere. They processed the refund but I didn't receive it as my card was locked. Was advised by Boom that there was nothing they could do and therefore would ultimately lose £238. Avoid at all costs.

We've processed your refund, which will go directly to your bank account regardless of whether or not your card is locked. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to come through. If it takes longer than this, you should contact your bank directly.
