Firstly im not a card machine fan

Firstly im not a card machine fan, but I decided to go with paytap has they just have 1 off monthly payment . Not like other companies charging you commission on every £1 you make 🙄. Also if you get stuck with anything or you have issues paytap is just a phone call away. Especially JAHAD always ready to help & goes out the way to do that extra bit. I've never seen or met him but whenever I do he just feels like im talking to a family member. Keep up the great work jahad !! 👏

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company. Telephone goes straight to voicemails, no response to emails, Facebook or WhatsApp messages. Stuck with a terminal that isn’t working and no way to get out of the contract! Avoid!

The most professional and polite…

The most professional and polite service I have ever experienced. Sabah really knows how to do her job well, exceptionally well. I did not know that one can save so much money on a monthly basis. Thank you Sabah! Wish, I was introduced to PayTap alot eaelier! Definitely recommended to everyone!

We are the Asian catering federation. Paytap provides merchant services to many of our members. Very good service. Nice smart terminals. Savings are more than any of the companies I have tried before. Would always highly recommend Paytap

I have had a great experience with PAYTAP. Efficient, reliable & excellent service. Sabba & Shahed always willing to go the extra mile. Honest & great knowledge in their field. I was so impressed with my savings & service my second business has also signed up. Great work & keep it up 👍👍

Great service. Highly recommend

Changed both my company over to Paytap after seeing their analysis. Noticing how much I was being overcharged with my previous companies and how clean and clear Paytap pricing were. Was a no brainer. Ebrahim from Paytap made the entire process easy and smooth. Also came in to show us how the devices work. The pay by link options and the terminals. Would highly recommend

Card machine not working.......
on their web site...24/07.....phone line....fake...
nobody answer the phone call and if you leave message...no answer ...
very very poor service....they just sign you on contract and they put you on web of companies ....you need to waste whole day to chase....
they greed on their commission ...no service...

Amazing service

Amazing service, couldn’t ask for anyone better to help. Whenever we needed help pruthvi came straight away to help and explained it all on detail. Would definitely recommend his service!!

Very helpful through out the changes. Pruthivi has been ever present regarding the issues. Have not had any issues but he has always found time for any other questions and queries. We dont regret anything and you wont either
