Normally I'm happy with Parcelforce. This time I'm deducting one star for sending my parcel to a wrong delivery depot and wasting a whole day. Paying for 24 hour delivery was a waste of my money this time.
However, 99% of the time, both as a sender and as a recipient, I'm perfectly happy with the service provided by PF.
