My washing machine broke down this morning about 11am. Engineer came out 1335 parts were obsolete so had insurance to get new machine engineer said the insurance company would be in touch within 24/48hrs they were in touch about 1430 they had found a replacement, had a little trouble with there paying in system but Carrie managed to get me sorted in the end. Good result with the new washing machine coming on 9th October

The timing from ordering to delivery was good. The only thing I thought was on description photo there were only the one photo a couple more would have been nice to see the side view open view

Website quite easy to navigate about making it easier to find items. The items I did order came in the given time

Staff very helpful though not overly big store a good selection of goods

The Web site is laid out good and quite easy to follow. Found the cottage I wanted lots of good info on the property checked availability and booked job done. Been using cottages.com for a while now and will continue to do so.

The time from order to recieve was good, however I was going to be out at the times that it that was in the email so I replied with please leave it in the greenhouse, so when I got the info it had been delivered to my safe place it was not there, also the photo that the delivery guy took was blank, so I hunted around and found the cardboard box in my waste paper bin which just been emptied that morning otherwise I might not have seen it.

Great customer service very pleased with the service since my circumstances changed and they managed to delivery early, and also the bike is first class folds up nicely. Would be going there first if or when i need another bike.

From ordering to delivery was straight forward and was delivered on time, but will say the tooth paste was squashed in the parcel but did not burst open

Had an issue with my daughters account the person I spoke to Patrick Kennedy was very clued up and spotted the issue right away, I have tried several times before to sort this but he got it sorted there and then and explained everything as he was doing it, and with a good result. Very pleased
