Product was packaged well and at first glance it looks like a new PC. Performance wise it’s lacking due to the refurbished CPU. They put a Gen 3 processor in which is far too old to run most modern games. Storage is also lacking as you can’t install much on the C drive due to it being a SSD with just enough room for Windows. The storage is only 500gb but I had a 2 TB drive already so just swapped that out. To summarise this PC is fine for programs and browsing the web but not good for gaming and at the price point it’s not bad but I’d look at their other options if you are a serious gamer.
