Excellent SpliceCom system install
We had previously been using MPSplc which had recently been taken over by SCG. We have just had an install of a SpliceCom telephony system and have been very impressed with the whole experience. The product seems very good and flexible, with options such as built in call recording. Our install was done by Tony Cooper who was very helpful, professional, and accommodating. Oh, the cost was very reasonable too, and in fact we will save money over just the maintenance we had been paying for the legacy Mitel system.
