Mytrip.com booked the wrong flight.

Mytrip.com booked the wrong flight.

According to my booking at MyTrip.com, my flight on the 27th should have taken off at 11.45 am, where, at the moment of the online check-in I was told that it was instead at 6:50 am.

That meant that:
1. the whole trip was 11 hours long instead of 5 hours
2. since at 6am in the morning there is no public transport, I had to get a (very expensive) taxi trip to the airport
3. Since the trip lasted 11 hours, I also incurred in all the additional costs for two meals at the airport.

Note that the airline confirmed that the flight schedule was *always* at 6 am, therefore it was clearly a mistake on MyTrip.com's side.

I contacted the support: no answer.

The changes in your itinerary are the result of schedule changes performed by the airline company. Due to various reasons, sometimes the airlines are forced to change the departure/arrival time and as an agency, we are in the unhappy position to inform our customers about these changes. When we were notified regarding the schedule change we have sent you an e-mail in order to let you know that the flight time has changed.

Forget any refund if the game does not work.

I bought a game with Instant Gaming, which provided a Steam code. I activated the code.

I installed the game from steam. The game did not launch.

I contacted Instant Gaming who told me to contact Steam. Steam told me that they did not sell the game (true) and to contact the seller.

Then I contacted Instant Gaming who told me that since the code was activated (of course it was, otherwise how could I know it was not working?) then could not be refunded.

In a nutshell, Instant Gaming sold a defective product and does not want to refund it.

J'ai annulé une commande

J'ai annulé une commande.

En raison d'un problème de communication entre Manomano et le vendeur, la commande a été expédiée quand même et j'ai dû payer pour la renvoyer.

Le coût était presque identique à la valeur de l'objet.

Le service client n'a pas aidé du tout

I contacted Pretto when moving from UK…

I contacted Pretto when moving from UK to Paris.

Their website is very friendly, the staff responded immediately to my initial query.

As I am not a French speaker, I was also very pleased that Pretto was able to provide a customer manager able to manage all my files (in English) and to explain me clearly everything about processes, their business model and conditions. Thanks !

Last, but not least, Pretto identified an excellent deal for the mortgage, well below what offered by contacting my French bank directly.

Recommended.
