Don't

2 weeks waiting for a pair of slippers ….and parcel still not in Ireland, its in London ……..
How can any company in this day and age have such appalling logistics ?
Spain to Ireland over 2 weeks …is it coming by bicycle ? Not a serious online retail company buy elsewhere

Review of Ooni Pizza Ovens

If you want a pizza oven that works 7 times before stopping ...great

After about 7 uses oven refused to stay lit - seems a reasonably common problem which is suprising for such an expensive piece of equipment
Took base plate off to adjust gas regulator as per Ooni Koda pdf I found ( hey wanted this to work after spending so much on it and getting 7 uses out of it - )
12 cheap and nasty US style gas screws with a soft triangular head (??)of which 4 threaded
Contacted Ooni which required model number and what my query was ...received another email saying hello whats my query about 8 days later , repeated request , got an ooh you shouldn't have removed them (despite it being an ooni publication I found) ...asked again for the screw size to replace ...still waiting
Premium price for what is definitely not a premium product and worse they seem fully aware of the issues due to the number of complains online

You might get one that works ...then again you mightn't

Good Service Good Prices

Ordered a tent plus bits online .Received a call within an hour to say out of stock for 4 days . Was sceptical but on appointed date all goods arrived.Very Happy with the service and the prices were as competitive as any of the UK online retailers.

A satisfied customer delighted to find an Irish company handling on-line so well.

Will be buying from Outdoor Adventure again!
