The service and support I have received from Garage Door Parts has been absolutely outstanding. From my first query about what parts to order, to advice regarding upgrades to control boxes, they have been brilliant. I stumbled across them from a Google search for replacement lock straps for my roller garage door and I am so pleased I did. Responses to emails are very quick, nothing is too much trouble, I placed my order on a weekend and the delivery of the parts was a few days later.

Contacted EDF via WhatsApp regarding having a smart meter fitted as I’d recently changed my tariff and a smart meter was required. Received a response from Ronielyn in Team F1 almost immediately with a date and time for the installation, this was also promptly confirmed again via email. Very happy with how my enquiry was dealt with, made the change in tariff simple and straight forward. Thank you EDF

I’ve been using Sway tape extensions for about 3 years, the quality of the hair is amazing, they blend perfectly with my natural hair, are thick from root to tip and feel amazing. The hair care range keeps your hair looking and feeling in great condition. I recently ran out of shampoo and used a different type of shampoo and you could tell the difference. If you have sway extensions I would recommend using the hair care to keep your hair looking great, it is an investment after all. Customer service is good and although delivery seems expensive, orders are processed and delivered quickly. The only thing I would say, is the free delivery over £50 doesn’t automatically apply, so I’ve always had to pay delivery, even when purchasing new hair for £260.

Easy to track driver on the app, made receiving the parcel simple, especially this time of year with so many things to do, it meant I could carry on with things until time for delivery. Driver was polite and helpful

Super fast delivery of hair care, the products are amazing and make my extensions feel soft and silky after each wash, I especially like the hair mask. Also received a free mini size mask which was a nice surprise
