Multiple problems for the tax year 2024 Turbo Tax Premiere software. For one of my 1098 forms, TT required information from a box (15a) that doesn't exist on the form. TT warned that it couldn't proceed w/o that info. I skipped to the state form and TT got into a loop and could not finish the loop. Going back to print out my forms, TT showed NO forms for me even though it showed a message that we were almost done. I can't find any documents to print!! Plus, it's online support is worthless because there is no actual person from TT responding.

Their park and ride service in San Bruno is efficient--and, if you're an early bird, there are often doughnuts and even some healthier fare available. It is close to the airport. When you arrive back at SFO and call for pickup, they answer quickly. The buses are clean. We use them every time we need to leave our car near SFO.
