Shuttle good, car not great

Shuttle from airport to collect the car was good. Two sets of instructions online - one said that the would track our flight and would collect us, another said we had to call. We called to play it safe. Return shuttle was also good.

Car that we picked up was not in great condition. Lots of scratches, big dent in the rear passenger door. We asked how to open the petrol cap and they had to prise it open with a key. Warning light on the dashboard that they hadn’t talked us through.
Considering the amount they charge people if they damage the car I’d expect their cars to be in good condition.

Fee to return

Bought 3 tops all the same size. Two fit, the third one didn’t. Looked to return but there were no other sizes left, so if I returned the top I’d have to pay a fee and be out of pocket.
I have a Roman shop near me but it appears their policy is just to give vouchers, not refunds.
Won’t shop here again.

Review of The Good Soap

Too strongly fragranced

Thought these moisturiser bars looked great as I’m trying to reduce my use of plastics. They arrived today, they feel okay on my skin but are far too strongly fragranced. I tested one about 2 hours ago and my arm still smells strongly of it. Too overpowering for me.

I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy the product, we do only use natural scents, essential oils, for fragrancing our products, and for the benefits to the skin. I am sorry if you found them too overpowering and could still smell them 2 hours later, very often customers comment that this scent is a benefit but I totally understand that we all have our preferences and this is your personal preference. Review of Cheeky Wipes

Repeat order

Made a repeat order of reusable wipes and sanitary pads as I love the ones from cheeky wipes. Ordered some period knickers too for my daughters first period but we haven’t tried these yet, I hope they’re good!
Bought items in the sale and got a freebie for spending a certain amount so that was a bonus.

Part of order not received

I placed an order for two coats on 06/08/21. I’ve received one of the coats (no dispatch email or anything, it just turned up) but haven’t received the other one.

I’ve been sent a survey based on the ‘completed order’ of the one coat. Tried contacting via email and online form to ask when I can expect the second coat to arrive but no response yet. Tried calling, the phone lines have been closed down. Tried contacting via their Facebook page, that bounced back as unmanned too.

Won’t purchase anything from this company again. Extremely poor customer service.

Review of British Gas

I would leave 0 stars if I could

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I have an account where the readings are submitted automatically so should be accurate at all times. British Gas wouldn’t show my gas/electronic account information online, didn’t send me any paper bills. I was going through cancer treatment so didn’t notice this until all of a sudden, 6 months in they increased my bills by £140 a month. When I called they told me it was because I was underpaying them and I should look online. I had to raise a complaint before they would make my online account visible and send me paper information. It took the complaints team 23 days to call me back, I missed their one and only call and they emailed me to say that in heir view my complaint had been resolved. Unfortunately I’m tied in with them for a few more months but will be moving to another provider at the earliest opportunity.
