Excellent service. I needed a 4.2 liter motor for my 2006 ford truck. Ordered it on their web site on a Sunday night, received a call from them the following day - that motor was not available (web site in process of being revised and updated). They helped me find another motor, and followed up with calls as to when ready, and then to verify I had received what I ordered. While I hope I never need their service again, you can be sure if I do I will shop at Besslers first.

Good, quick and efficient install. The installer was on time, and called when he was half an hour from arriving. He was knowledgable and answered all my questions.
