Purchased a hall stand . Very poor quality I have to say. Even cracked whilst assembling.

I have given 2 stars for the very good customer service reaction to my complaint. They offered a discount or full refund if I returned. But unfortunately I had recycled the boxes. Definitely wouldn't order again very poor quality. But well done to customer services.

Ordered an American fridge freezer for next day delivery. Gave as much information that we are an upstairs apartment etc. told them how many steps on there questionnaire Got a 4 hour slot . When driver arrived he didn't bring his van in. He decided before hand I'm sure that he wasn't going to deliver and collect before entering apartment. He said can't deliver only 2 of us and my colleague is a lady.

Ao knew about it being upstairs. I got a call from head office to say they would try and get a more experienced team out Wednesday.

Come on Ao you had all my information before hand to prepare.

Anyhow I'm just a customer you have thousands but won't be me again.
