Excellent and friendly service from João at BeMoto. Really patient as he checked exactly what I needed and offered clear and useful guidance on what to do next. Quite sad that I was not able to purchase insurance from BeMoto on this occasion as the bike was not UK-registered.

Friendly app, but the scanning the identity document is painful. Why not allow people to submit a scanned document rather than forcing them to struggle with either a mobile phone or laptop camera.

BikesBooking took deposits for two bikes. When I emailed them to confirm checked availability, they told me that the bikes were not available and promised a refund. One month later, I have still not received my money, or any communication, from them.

Amazing level of service. I had a problem due to HP implementing "Dynamic Security" in a firmware update to my printer. This blocked some Smart Ink cartridges which I bought 15 months ago. After explaining the problem, Smart Ink customer care immediately offered to replace the cartridges free of charge. Very, very impressive. I will be continuing to use and highly recommend Smart Ink.
