Deceitful and insensitive.

Deceitful and insensitive.

Admitted they knew about the problem with crystallisation of minoxidil spritzer, yet are still selling it.

Monthly price of £39 turned out to be £117 - for one bottle.

They are dishonest and don't care about customers.

Hammersmith London

I had an appointment in Hammersmith London with Juliet and Lily. First red flag was when Juliet was unable to explain the technology behind their aligners, it’s as if it was some magic. I said, I wasn’t prepared to setup payments straight away as I was told, this will happen after I get to see the end result photo. You don’t get to see this photo on the day, and I doubt you will ever get to speak to orthodontist. Juliet left the the room to speak to her colleague. They both came back with changed attitudes; I had to try hard not to burst out laughing. Both women clearly keen for me to give payment details there and then, it was unreal.

Bad quality

Bought a frying pan and the the handle became very loose after few uses. Also bought a 10l pot and came damaged. It’s poor quality and it left water marks that we can’t remove. Contacted customer service but no response. Wouldn’t recommend.

Disappointing policy.

Good product. I’m disappointed in the service and policy as when we made an order of £80 and requested t-shirt that was available as an option on the website they refused to send it as we were not a new customer. They preferred to close our account than to send it anyway which was surprising as the t-shirt costs a small percentage of the order and future orders we were planning to make.
