I paid 10% deposit and applied for…

I paid 10% deposit and applied for finance on 2 armchairs. DFS immediately took my deposit from my account but sent on no paperwork regarding our financial agreement or confirmation email regarding my purchase. This was over a week ago. I have called DFS twice where 2 different advisors were quite unhelpful, both gave numbers for me to ring which are no longer in use. I emailed the company too but am still awaiting correspondence.
Very disappointing experience overall and I still don’t know where I stand regarding my purchase/deposit.

Such an excellent delivery service

Such an excellent delivery service! Products are always beautifully wrapped, delivery is super prompt with no hidden costs and the extra little 10% discount included for next purchase is a really nice touch!

I have found Made to be an incredibly…

I have found Made to be an incredibly frustrating company to deal with. I ordered a media unit, waited over 2 months for its delivery. I tried repeatedly to contact the company to help with tracking my order and when I eventually did make contact with someone, I was told that the piece had been resold. I was refunded, but there was no apology for the inconvenience. I am still waiting for 2 armchairs to be delivered from the same order and once again, I cannot get anyone from Made to help me. I am worried that the same thing will have happened. There is such a lack of support..I feel so frustrated!!!
